Set in an important business hub east of the French capital, the Paris Gare de Lyon centre occupies the fourth to eighth floors of an eight-storey building located just steps away from the railway station. This is an efficient modern building compared to many of the neighbouring tower-block properties, which were built in the 1970s. It looks out over the tree-lined avenue and offers a great strategic location near the first TGV station with links to Marseilles, Lyon and the south of France, as well as excellent metro links.
